Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use and customize this section on one live Shopify store. You may use it for your own store or for one client project.
You may:
- Customize the section for the licensed store
- Use it for commercial purposes
- Keep a backup and use a development copy for the same final store
You may not:
- Use the section on multiple live stores
- Share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the files
- Include the section in themes, templates or other products for resale
- Publish the original or modified source code for others to download
- Claim the section as your own product
The purchase grants a right of use, not ownership. All intellectual property rights remain with 404 Sections. Each additional live store requires a separate license.
Support and updates are included only where stated on the respective product page. A material violation of these terms terminates the license and requires removal of the section from unauthorized stores.
Nothing in this agreement limits mandatory rights granted under applicable consumer law.

Your files are available immediately after successful payment. You will receive a download link by email and can also access your files from the order confirmation page.
The download includes the section files, installation instructions and license information.
Updates
Maintenance updates, bug fixes and compatibility improvements for the purchased section are included at no additional cost.
When an updated version becomes available, you can download it through your existing link. We may also notify you by email about important updates.
Major redesigns, newly released sections and separately published products are not included unless stated otherwise.

Digital Products
All products sold by 404 Sections are digital products delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped, so there is no physical item to return.
Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a digital-content contract within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
Before receiving immediate access, you are asked to expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. You are also asked to acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once we begin supplying the digital content.
After the digital content has been made available following this consent and acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal expires.
If delivery has not yet begun, or if the legal requirements for the loss of the withdrawal right have not been met, you may exercise your withdrawal right by using the withdrawal function provided in our store or by contacting:

You must send your withdrawal request before the applicable withdrawal period expires.
Change-of-Mind Refunds
After the right of withdrawal has validly expired, we do not provide voluntary refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases or failure to review the stated product requirements before purchasing.
This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If a file cannot be accessed, is materially defective or does not match its product description, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem.
We will first attempt to provide a working file, correction or replacement within a reasonable period. If we cannot resolve the issue as required by applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to a price reduction, termination of the contract or a refund.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is legally required, it will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the valid withdrawal or termination request.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless another method has been expressly agreed. No additional refund fee will be charged.
Use After Contract Termination
If the contract is validly terminated, you must stop using the digital product, delete all copies under your control and must not make the files available to third parties. We may deactivate the associated download link.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
